Air-fried Lamb Bacon Burger Bites
Ingredients
- 1 lb Ancestral Blend Ground Lamb (or regular ground lamb)
- 2 oz minced raw bacon
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp kosher or sea salt
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- lettuce
- cherry tomatoes
- dill pickle chips
Method
- Gently mix lamb, bacon, mustard, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper.
- Form into bite-sized balls (will shrink when fully cooked).
- Preheat air fryer to 400ºF. Arrange burger bites in a single layer (may need to cook in batches).
- Cook, flipping halfway to your desired doneness, approximately 10 to 12 minutes for medium depending on size of burger bites.
- Skewer each burger bite with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes.
- Serve with favorite dipping sauces.
