Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ancestral Blend Ground Lamb (or regular ground lamb)
  • 2 oz minced raw bacon
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 tsp kosher or sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • lettuce
  • cherry tomatoes
  • dill pickle chips

Method

  1. Gently mix lamb, bacon, mustard, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper.
  2. Form into bite-sized balls (will shrink when fully cooked).
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400ºF. Arrange burger bites in a single layer (may need to cook in batches).
  4. Cook, flipping halfway to your desired doneness, approximately 10 to 12 minutes for medium depending on size of burger bites.
  5. Skewer each burger bite with lettuce, pickles and tomatoes.
  6. Serve with favorite dipping sauces.
