Air-fried Lamb Rib Chops
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 Atkins Ranch Lamb Rib Chops
- ¼ tsp kosher or sea salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Method
- Mix garlic, rosemary, pepper, salt, and olive oil.
- Apply mixture to lamb rib chops.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to maximize flavor, or cook immediately.
- Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 425ºF
- Place rib chops directly into air fryer basket/tray and give them some space to allow hot air to circulate around each chop.
- Cook for 5 minutes, turn chops with tongs, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Hints & Tips
Cooking at a higher temperature will keep them juicy and tender inside with a caramelized outer crust. Watch your cooking time – don’t exceed 10 minutes or meat will become tough. If you take the extra hour to marinate, the flavor will be richer.
